This is not a practice of forms or fixed techniques — but an invitation to drop into the body, into sensation and into self. Together, we slow down, soften the edges and begin to listen — not with the mind, but through the skin, the fascia, the breath. Through intuitive movement, simple breath explorations and presence-building, we reawaken the body’s natural intelligence and cultivate deeper interoception and embodied presence.
